- Continue to the community entrance and guard booth
From Route 112 / Coram-Yaphank Road:
- Travel north toward Route 25
- Turn Right onto Route 25 East
- Turn Right onto Strathmore on the Green Drive
- Continue to the community entrance and guard booth
From Sunrise Highway (NY-27):
- Exit onto Route 112 North.
- Proceed east and turn Right onto Bartlett Rd
- Turn Right onto Strathmore on the Green Drive
